Return Policy

Returns for physical merchandise purchased through our store.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you'd like to return your items, please do so within 30 days of the delivery date.  Items may be unboxed, but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original components and packaging.  To initiate a return, email hello@thegallerease.com with your order number and reason for the return.  Return shipping, with the exclusion of damaged or incorrect items, will be paid for by the customer.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Returns for digital designs. Custom designs include 3 rounds of edits included in the price.   Additional edits will be charged at $29 per edit.  We want you to be completely satisfied, so if, ultimately, you are unhappy with the final design received, we will give you a 100% refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges.  If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and do a new purchase for the items you'd like.

Returns for items curated through outside stores will be at the discretion of that store, and GallerEase cannot guarantee any refunds or exchanges for these items.

Eligible items.  Final sale, special order, custom products, photo prints, and gift cards are not eligible for return.  We reserve the right to refuse any return, at management's discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
